I've come to the conclusion that losing weight...
Deciding that you’re worth the time and effort is what’s hard.
“Those who care make a way, those who don’t make an excuse”
That quote hits home. For so long I made excuses.
“I don’t have time”, “I work too much”, “I’m fine being fat.”
Just taking that first step is really hard, but once you get going it’s...
So, two weeks ago I weighed....ugh, I can't...
Three weeks with no red meat, and two whole weeks...
I can already feel my body thanking me.
22lbs total lost so far, and I just FEEL better. I’m far from the finish line, but it doesn’t seem near as overwhelming now. This has been the best decision I’ve made thus far. And hopefully I’ll add a few more years to my life.
Here’s to a healthier and happier me in 2012.

w00t go you! fewer chemical residues, back to normal levels of protein, decrease chronic inflammatory mediators and reactions…all of these also decrease developing certain types of cancer.
That’s good to hear. Anything I can do to decrease my chances of cancer is great for me. My genes suck!...
